We recognize that getting a new AC Installation is a big investment. However, it is also a great opportunity to improve the comfort and energy efficiency of your home or business as well as your indoor air quality.
A new AC installation should be ideally suited to meet your cooling and heating needs. Our comfort specialists are willing to go “above the box” and will properly size your cooling and heating equipment. Properly sizing the equipment is of utmost importance in order to ensure that your air conditioner cools the air and dehumidifies. For example, oversized equipment will cool the air but will not dehumidify properly and may go on and off a lot shortening the life of your air conditioner. By contrast, under sizing will not have enough power to cool the entire home and may leave you hot in the deepest part of the summer.
While assessing your needs, our comfort specialists will examine your ducts for leaks, tears, or improper sealing.
We will inspect the ductwork to ensure it is not too small, restricted, or improperly installed. We will measure the airflow to ensure that your home or business is cooling and heating uniformly. At Key to Cool we will offer you options to suit your needs within your budget.
